Job Summary
Key Holder for PENN. Penningtons in Newmarket, Ontario. Deliver an outstanding customer experience, process transactions accurately at checkout, leverage product knowledge and promotions to drive add-on sales, maintain merchandising and presentation standards, support opening/closing procedures, and provide styling advice to foster an engaging, inclusive environment. Requires 2+ years in retail/sales/customer service, strong customer service skills, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, passion for fashion, and proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office. Flexible availability to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and navigate store operations. High school diploma required.
