Job Summary
Key Holder role at Reitmans Canada Limited in Regina, SK. Support the management team to deliver a welcoming, customer-focused environment; assist on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, and at the cash desk. Drive add-on sales using product knowledge and promotions; maintain merchandising and store presentation; support opening/closing procedures; provide styling advice and foster an engaging, inclusive environment. Requires 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service; strong customer service skills; excellent multitasking and organizational abilities; fashion awareness and good sense of style; proficient with POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. High school diploma required.
Required Qualifications
