Job Summary
Keyholder/Shift Lead at Value Buds Cannabis Retail. Lead by example on the shop floor, welcome customers, provide product recommendations and cannabis education, support daily operations including merchandising and store upkeep, operate POS, manage payments and receipts, restock and perform basic inventory checks, and ensure compliance with cannabis regulations (ID verification). The role emphasizes customer service, team support, and operational ownership in a fast-paced retail environment. Eligible applicants should have cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell), meet provincial age requirements (18/19+), be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs, and possess prior retail, customer service, or hospitality experience.
