Job Summary
Keyholder/Shift Lead in cannabis retail. You will be the face of Value Buds, delivering exceptional service while guiding teammates during shifts, providing product recommendations and cannabis education, handling POS transactions and receipts, restocking and basic inventory checks, ensuring compliance with cannabis regulations (including ID verification), and supporting daily operations and merchandising in a fast-paced store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell)
- Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience
- Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check
