Keyholder - Nokomis (Laurel)

Lead daily store operations as a Keyholder at Goodwill in Nokomis, overseeing opening/closing, donor flow, inventory rotation, and merchandising standards while delivering world-class customer service. Drive a safe, positive environment, ensure loss prevention and safety procedures are followed, maintain a clean and well-stocked sales floor, and model Goodwill’s Core Values. Requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred; high school diploma or GED preferred.
