Job Summary
Support the store manager with daily operations, including opening/closing, merchandise checks, and deposits. Supervise sales transactions for accuracy and adherence to cash protection procedures while engaging in product promotion to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain the clientele book, manage sales floor merchandising, and motivate associates to exceed sales objectives. Build quality customer relationships through advanced product knowledge to drive repeat business. Operate independently using POS systems and MS Office while maintaining high performance standards.
Required Qualifications
- at least two years of previous LUXURY retail experience in a similar or supervisory role
- minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in a similar role
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in a similar role
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members
- willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and with discretion
- work effectively under pressure
- Excellent Skills in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS office
- Ability to influence and negotiate
