Job Summary
Operate the store by opening and closing as scheduled, coordinating cashier drops, and managing inventory control, pricing, and visual merchandising. Provide approvals for returns and voids, troubleshoot computer and forklift issues, and answer manager calls and radio pages. Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving problems and training team members on new policies. Assist in developing operational strategies, evaluating employee performance, and meeting KPI goals while maintaining safety standards. Requires forklift and LP gas certification, ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, and experience in related fields.
