Job Summary
Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth running of the store; lead by example to model inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets; perform essential start/end of day cash reconciliation and rotate opening/closing duties; prior retail experience, especially in cosmetics, and supervisory/coaching abilities are highly valued; must be able to work retail hours including nights and weekends; right to work in the United States required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets (desirable)
- Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview (required)
