Job Summary
Keyholder (Junior Supervisor) at Levi’s on Regent Street in London. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service through teamwork, supporting store management with daily tasks, guiding and developing the sales team to meet KPIs and personal targets, maintaining strong visual standards, assisting with deliveries and stock room organization, and opening/closing the store when managers are away. Requires experience in retail KPI/sales target achievement, strong customer service, and ability to lead on the shop floor. Part-time role with potential for development within an iconic denim brand.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in managing a team on the shop floor
- Ability to support and assist store management with daily tasks and store duties
- Motivating and guiding sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and hit personal targets
- Experience maintaining strong visual standards across the store
- Ability to assist with deliveries and organization of stock room
- Available to open and close the store when senior managers are absent
- Passion for the Levi’s brand and denim
- Team player who can support the management team
