Job Summary
Lead store operations by managing opening and closing duties, overseeing store merchandising, cleanliness, and basic maintenance. Drive personal sales performance while processing transactions, handling inventory, and reporting sales data. Supervise staff through training and development, assist with team leadership, and respond to internal and external requests efficiently. Maintain high standards in customer service and team appearance while utilizing technology to solve problems professionally. This role requires at least two years of cash handling experience and one year in fashion retail leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year in fashion retail, preferred
- One year of retail leadership experience, preferred
- At least two years of work experience involving cash handling, required
