Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing duties, manage store merchandising and cleanliness, and maintain inventory levels. Process and report sales transactions while driving personal sales performance on the sales floor. Assist the manager with staff training, supervise team members, and respond to internal and external requests efficiently. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle multiple tasks under pressure while upholding core values of kindness and integrity. This role requires one year of fashion retail experience and cash handling skills, offering full-time or part-time flexibility with a guaranteed hourly rate, commission, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401k matching.
