Job Summary
Motivate the sales team to exceed individual and store KPIs while leading by example on the sales floor. Coach associates on clienteling processes, brand philosophy, and product knowledge, and handle escalated customer service issues. Coordinate daily team activities, ensure compliance with company policies, and train new associates on standards. Manage store operations by executing opening and closing procedures, processing POS transactions, and maintaining merchandising and visual presentation standards. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of retail sales experience
- Proven track record of sales generation and customer service
- Interest in fashion and trend awareness
- Strong computer skills-proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights and weekends
