Job Summary
Part-Time Keyholder responsible for opening/closing the store and deposits, leading and delegating to store associates, collaborating with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on day-to-day operations, product placement, and achieving sales goals (including UPT, ADS, and E-Mail Capture), assisting in staff training on policies and procedures, replenishing merchandise, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom, delivering superior customer service, protecting company assets, and ensuring timely processing of E-commerce orders as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous retail experience is preferred
- Must be able to work a schedule based upon the business needs – including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Strong verbal and communication skills
