Job Summary
Open and close the store, handle deposits, and lead a team of associates in daily operations. Partner with store management to achieve sales goals, manage product placement, and ensure timely processing of e-commerce orders. Train staff on company policies, oversee merchandise replenishments, and maintain high standards for the sales floor, cash wrap, and stockroom. Provide superior customer service to every visitor and protect all company assets. This part-time role requires flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends. Previous retail experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Must be able to work a schedule based upon the business needs – including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Strong verbal and communication skills
