Job Summary
Key Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations, provides supervision of team during opening and closing shifts, ensures Company standards, and drives guest satisfaction and restaurant profitability. Responsibilities include modeling professional behavior to create a hospitable atmosphere, opening/closing the restaurant per policy, handling guest complaints to achieve highly satisfied guests, and supporting other duties as assigned. Must demonstrate strong communication, planning, organization, problem-solving, and computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work various shifts including weekends. Prior leadership experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining setting is strongly preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required; college/culinary schooling preferred.
