Key Stage 3 Inclusion Lead

Lead the KS3 Inclusion Team by managing a dedicated Inclusion Assistant to focus on learner provision and outcomes. Champion EHCPs by leading the Annual Review process for all pupils within your Key Stage and monitoring progress toward individual interim targets. Collaborate and mentor staff by acting as a role model for outstanding practice, helping other teachers and staff adapt their delivery to meet diverse needs. Identify and solve unmet needs by working with internal and external professionals to implement strategies for improvement. Support school-wide practice by liaising with Curriculum Leads, DSLs, and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure inclusive approaches are embedded throughout the entire school. This pivotal leadership position is part of a forward-thinking, all-through special school supporting pupils with moderate learning difficulties and complex needs from Year 3 to Year 11.
