Job Summary
The Key Promotional Accounts Manager will drive growth by developing and executing strategic account plans for national key customers in pharma/FMCG, align initiatives with corporate strategy, and strengthen partnerships with national pharmacies and wholesalers. Responsibilities include strategic account management, performance analytics (SWOT, quarterly reviews, KPI tracking), execution of promotional activities aligned with marketing plans, cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Supply Chain, and governance/compliance with company policies. Role requires strong commercial and negotiation skills, ability to translate insights into actions, and ownership of budget/GTN at the account level. Education: university degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field; postgraduate degree is a plus. Experience: minimum 2 years in Key Account Management within Pharma or FMCG.
