Job Summary
Key Private Bank Market Leader directly manages the Private Banking sales team and collaborates with support teams to drive results, overseeing performance of private banking services (investment, trust, banking, and planning) for Ultra Wealth, Core Wealth, and Emerging Wealth segments. Responsibilities include coaching and developing a high-performing sales team, maintaining product knowledge, prospecting, strategic outreach, joint calls with Relationship Managers, community involvement for business development, and ensuring quality execution with Credit and underwriting. The role requires building bench strength, creating growth strategies, adherence to fiduciary and regulatory standards, and leadership in client relationship management and accountability for team outcomes. The position is hybrid with base compensation in the specified range and potential incentive pay.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years Private Banking, Investment Management, or Trust experience and/or progressively responsible and successful sales management experience (required)
- CTFA (Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor) designation (required)
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field (accounting, finance, economics, or related field) or equivalent work experience (required)
- Master's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
