Job Summary
The Key Private Bank Client Relationship Associate supports the Relationship Manager and field team in managing client relationships, onboarding new clients, proactive outreach, and delivering top-tier service. Responsibilities include preparing sales materials and wealth reviews, coordinating internal/external meetings, following up on meeting takeaways, learning the KPB sales process, onboarding new deposits and lending operations, maintaining the Salesforce CRM, and assisting with client communications and education on digital resources. The role emphasizes coordinating with the relationship team on onboarding, data entry for new accounts, and leveraging Wealth Direction tools to support opportunities for revenue growth, as well as contributing to client events and improving the overall client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- A minimum of 3 years related work experience or equivalent combination of work/educational background (required)
- General knowledge of financial services and wealth management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with Salesforce/Data Entry
