Job Summary
Support KPB Relationship Manager and field team to manage their client book, onboard new clients, and provide proactive outreach and top-tier client service. Prepare and participate in sales materials and wealth reviews; schedule and attend internal/external meetings; follow up on takeaways and next steps. Learn the KPB sales process and leverage Wealth Direction and Salesforce CRM to assist opportunities to grow revenue. Coordinate onboarding workflows, including data entry, new account opening, and lending operations. Maintain CRM data quality, support client communications and outreach, educate clients on digital resources, and contribute to improving client experience and processes. Travel as needed and collaborate with the team to plan client events and optimize service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- A minimum of 3 years related work experience or equivalent combination of work/educational background (required)
- General knowledge of financial services and wealth management
- Demonstrated proficiency and effectiveness in client service skills (including handling client/prospect and Center of Influence (COI) inquiries and relationships)
- Strong communication skills (verbal, phone and written)
- Problem resolution skills
- Discretion due to handling highly sensitive information
- Ability to learn and use proprietary software, databases, and systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
