Job Summary
Key Operator at PJ’s Coffee will train and develop staff to achieve revenue and growth goals, supervise store operations, and ensure guests receive friendly, responsive service. Responsibilities include ensuring food and beverages are prepared and served per recipes and standards, achieving objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance, and sanitation, handling cash and reconciliations per policy, managing labor and scheduling, keeping equipment in good condition, complying with health, safety, and labor regulations, organizing paperwork, supporting marketing and promotional activities, and ongoing training through corporate communications. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of Front of House operations and/or management experience, basic math and POS skills, problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, and a 40-hour/week schedule. Location: Valdosta, GA, USA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- knowledge of service and food and beverage with at least 1 year of FOH operations and/or other management positions
- some management experience preferred
- ability to operate a cash register/POS
- stamina to work 40 hours per week
