Job Summary
Key Manager at Marlow’s Tavern leads daily service and culinary team directions during scheduled shifts, training team members with approved materials, upholding our Hospitality First values, and ensuring guest satisfaction through professional service and collaboration with kitchen and management. Responsible for shift management, bar and dining station readiness, staff communication, adherence to recipes and standards, and ongoing team education to reinforce company programs and guest experience. Must interact guests positively, supervise team members, and maintain a professional tavern environment while supporting onboarding, training, and guest-centric service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year food and beverage experience required
- Authorized to work in US
- High school or equivalent education required
