Job Summary
Manage the MARCENT Key Leader Engagement (KLE) Program and Commander's AOR travel coordination, ensuring alignment with CENTCOM priorities. Coordinate with the TSC Branch, KLE Branch, and Commander's Action Group while maintaining related web pages, historical files, and documentation. Assist in preparing KLE plans, trip books with talking points and biographies, and quarterly reviews, tracking actions on the CENTCOM KLE Portal. Attend planning conferences to provide IPRs, assessments, and briefs. Requires Active Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of engagement coordination experience, and occasional travel to support conferences and AOR trips.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant engagement coordination or staff planning experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Active Secret clearance required
- Strong organizational, writing, and coordination skills
- Must be able to sit, stand, and use computer equipment for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
- Occasional travel required to support KLE planning conferences and AOR trip coordination
Desired Qualifications
- Experience preparing executive-level trip and engagement materials preferred
