Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing routines, operate register and point-of-sale systems, and fulfill omnichannel orders while demonstrating product knowledge and driving sales. Build and maintain visual displays, analyze reporting to inform decision-making, and protect store assets through inventory control. Act as a floor supervisor by providing guidance and coaching to brand reps and stock associates to ensure store operations run effectively and team members achieve daily sales targets. Maintain a strong customer focus and represent the brand by exemplifying company culture and values. Work a schedule varying weekly with at least 12-16 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during peak timeframes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ G.E.D.
- 1 year of retail experience
- Retail supervisory / management experience
- Experience in leading groups or teams
- Strong customer focus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of current fashion trends
