Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing routines, operate register and point-of-sale systems, and fulfill omni-channel orders. Demonstrate product knowledge while building visual displays and analyzing reporting to inform decision-making. Protect store assets, perform inventory control, and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates on store operations. Represent the brand, exemplify company culture, and drive daily sales through customer experience and team achievement. Work at least 12-16 hours weekly with required Saturday, Sunday, and holiday availability, including increased hours during peak times.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ G.E.D.
- 1 year of retail experience
- Retail supervisory / management experience
- Experience in leading groups or teams
- Strong customer focus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of current fashion trends
- Energetic, outgoing, and assertive
- Initiative and confidence
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Detail-oriented

- Strong work ethic
- Schedule will vary weekly
- At least 12-16 hours per week
