Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing routines, operate register and point-of-sale systems, and fulfill omnichannel orders. Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving daily sales, and build and maintain visual displays. Analyze reporting to inform decision making, protect store assets, and perform inventory control. Act as floor supervisor by providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. Work at least 12-16 hours per week with required Saturday, Sunday, and holiday availability, including increased hours during peak timeframes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ G.E.D.
- Retail supervisory / management experience
- Experience in leading groups or teams
