Job Summary
Supervise Educators and Community Leaders on the retail floor while acting as a mentor and go-to person for task initiation and feedback. Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Leadership Team to support store operations, ensure PLN values are prioritized, and handle inventory deliveries involving lifting boxes weighing 10-50 lbs. Champion the company culture by embodying the vision focused on enhancing community health and nutritional wisdom, maintaining an open-door policy, and evolving in-store functions for agility. Lead by example with enthusiasm and strong interpersonal skills to inspire staff and guide team members toward professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift boxes weighing between 10-50 lbs
- Experience or ability to directly supervise Educators and Community Leaders on the retail floor
- Ability to act as a mentor and 'go-to person' initiating tasks and providing insightful feedback
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and energize staff
- Ability to collaborate closely with the Store Leadership Team to support all aspects of store operations
- Ability to dive deep into store operations
- Ability to embody and promote the PLN culture, philosophy, and vision
- Ability to maintain an open-door policy, fostering clear and open communication
- Ability to continuously evolve in-store functions
- Ability to act confidently in supporting the Assistant Store Manager
- Ability to lead by example on the retail floor
- Ability to guide and nurture team members, contributing to their professional development
- Ability to support the Assistant Store Manager in leading the team to success
