Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing routines, operate register and point of sale systems, and fulfill omnichannel orders. Build and maintain visual displays, analyze reporting to inform decision making, and perform inventory control to protect store assets. Coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates on store operations, customer experience, and daily sales targets while demonstrating product knowledge and brand awareness. Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values during peak timeframes. Requires Saturday and Sunday availability with 12-16 hours weekly; high school diploma or G.E.D. preferred with one year of retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ G.E.D.
- Retail supervisory / management experience
- Experience in leading groups or teams
- Maintain a strong customer focus
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills
- Possess strong communication skills
- Show knowledge of current fashion trends
- Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive

- Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week
- Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays
- During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of retail experience
- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. preferred
- Retail supervisory / management experience is not required
