Key Lead - Miromar Outlets, Abercrombie & Fitch

The Key Lead will act as Floor Supervisor on the sales floor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure quality customer experiences and drive store performance through daily sales and operations. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling omni-channel orders, maintaining product knowledge and brand awareness, building visual displays, analyzing reports to inform decisions, protecting store assets, conducting inventory control, and representing the brand while upholding company culture. Schedule requires 12-16 hours per week with mandatory weekends and holidays; strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership, adaptability, and awareness of current fashion trends are emphasized.
