Job Summary
Perform opening and closing routines, operate register and point-of-sale systems, and fulfill omnichannel orders. Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while building visual displays and analyzing reporting to inform decision-making. Protect store assets, perform inventory control, and provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure effective store operations. Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values during peak timeframes. Schedule varies weekly with at least 12-16 hours per week; availability required on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. This role supports the store leadership team in driving performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ G.E.D.
- Retail supervisory / management experience
- Experience in leading groups or teams
- Maintain a strong customer focus
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills
- Possess strong communication skills
- Show knowledge of current fashion trends
- Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive
- Take initiative and show confidence
- Master adaptability and flexibility
- Balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented
- Engage in applied learning and proactive thinking
- Exhibit a strong work ethic
- Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays

Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of retail experience
- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. preferred
- Retail supervisory / management experience is not required
