Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing routines, operate register and point of sale systems, and fulfill omnichannel orders. Build and maintain visual displays while demonstrating product knowledge to drive sales. Analyze reporting to inform decision making and protect store assets through inventory control. Provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure effective store operations. Perform duties at least 24 hours weekly with Saturday and Sunday availability, including increased hours during peak timeframes. Requires CEFR B2 fluency in English and Dutch.
Required Qualifications
- CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Dutch
- Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 24 hours per week
- Required availability on Saturdays and some Sundays
- during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma / G.E.D., or equivalent
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Supervisor/ Managerial Experience
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales
