Job Summary
Perform opening and closing routines, operate register and point-of-sale systems, and fulfill omnichannel orders. Demonstrate product knowledge while driving sales, build and maintain visual displays, and analyze reporting to inform decision-making. Protect store assets, perform inventory control, and provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure effective store operations. Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values. Schedule varies weekly with at least 12-16 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during peak timeframes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ G.E.D.
- Retail supervisory / management experience
- Experience in leading groups or teams
- Strong customer focus

- Knowledge of current fashion trends

Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of retail experience
