Job Summary
Key Lead leads on the sales floor and acts as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure quality in-store customer experience and drive store performance. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling omni-channel orders, demonstrating product knowledge and brand awareness, building and maintaining visual displays, analyzing reporting for decision making, protecting store assets and conducting inventory control, representing the brand and upholding company culture and values. Schedule requires 12-16 hours per week with weekend availability; peak periods may increase hours. Must be able to engage customers, communicate effectively, stay adaptable, and stay fashion-focused. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Retail supervisory/management experience preferred
- Experience in leading groups or teams preferred
