Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing routines, operate register and point-of-sale systems, and fulfill omni-channel orders while demonstrating product knowledge and building visual displays. Analyze reporting to inform decision-making, protect store assets, and perform inventory control. Guide and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively and drive daily sales through customer experience and team achievement. Work 12-16 hours weekly with Saturday, Sunday, and holiday availability, including increased hours during peak times.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ G.E.D.
- Retail supervisory / management experience
- Experience in leading groups or teams
- Maintain a strong customer focus
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills
- Possess strong communication skills
- Show knowledge of current fashion trends
- Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive
- Take initiative and show confidence
- Master adaptability and flexibility
- Balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented
- Engage in applied learning and proactive thinking
- Exhibit a strong work ethic
- Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays
- Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week
- During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business

- 1 year of retail experience
