Job Summary
Key Hourly partners with the Management team to assist with daily operating procedures, including staff support, guest interaction, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness while adhering to TFK standards. They provide guidance and support for team members and lead shifts to maintain high-volume service quality, training, and guest satisfaction. The role involves supervising frontline team members, running shifts from floor to expo to ensure food quality and presentation meets standards, and performing line checks and facility walks in coordination with EcoSure & Health inspections. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-service mindset are essential, along with the ability to motivate staff and manage administrative tasks during shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years restaurant supervisor experience
- exceptional written and oral communication skills
- high level of personal integrity
- strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- ability to supervise and instill cooperation in staff
- ability to work well under pressure
- strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must have or be willing to get ServSafe Certification
- Experience in Aloha preferred
