Job Summary
Leads shifts to maintain efficient, high-quality service in a True Food Kitchen back-of-house role. Responsibilities include overseeing staff across high-volume service periods, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and presentation to True Food Kitchen standards, conducting line checks and facility walks, and supporting guest interactions and issue resolution per TFK guidelines. Requires strong communication, organizational, and motivational skills, ability to supervise and foster teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe Certification; Aloha experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years restaurant supervisor experience
- ServSafe Certification
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Experience in Aloha (preferred)
