Job Summary
Deliver a welcoming, educational, and personalized customer experience while modeling Topdrawer's values through storytelling and service follow-up. Lead by example on the sales floor during peak periods, assist in onboarding and coaching new team members, and perform opening and closing procedures with full responsibility. Support the store in building lasting relationships with customers and local partners, contribute to daily sales and conversion goals, and maintain high visual standards for inventory receiving, restocking, and merchandising. Uphold store cleanliness and presentation while staying current on product knowledge and new arrivals. This frontline leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about creativity and intentional living, offering hourly pay between $18 and $22, plus sales commission opportunities and flexible spending accounts.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail or key holder experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to regularly lift or move items up to 50 lbs
