Job Summary
Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient store operations. Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets. Handle essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and rotate opening/closing duties. Ideal candidate has proven cosmetics retail experience, supervisory/coaching background, and flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events. Eligible for benefits and potential bonus; strong emphasis on coaching, cash handling, and superior customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
- The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
