Key Holder

Key Holder supports the Store Manager in achieving store productivity and sales goals, analyzes sales data, assists in payroll budgeting, and helps recruit to maintain full staffing. The role supervises staff in the manager's absence, ensures consistent store operations and compliance with company policies, delivers excellent customer service, and handles front-end duties (cashier, returns, and buy-online-pickup-in-store) while maintaining a neat, inviting environment. Requires prior retail management experience and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
