The role supervises staff in the manager's absence, ensures consistent store operations and compliance with company policies, delivers excellent customer service, and handles front-end duties (cashier, returns, and buy-online-pickup-in-store) while maintaining a neat, inviting environment. Requires prior retail management experience and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
