Job Summary
Open and close the store, processing sales transactions, returns, and exchanges while handling cash. Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations, and maintain store organization, stocking, and visual merchandising. Operate the POS system for daily operations and support pricing updates, promotions, and displays during busy periods. Handle multiple customers and tasks, including occasional offsite retail events. Work part-time, 15–25 hours per week, earning $15.00/hour with a monthly bonus opportunity. Schedule includes nights and weekends; physical requirements involve standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Retail sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18+
- Must pass background screening, drug test screening, and assessment test
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to bend, reach, climb, and move merchandise as needed
