Job Summary
Key Holder at Psycho Bunny responsible for managing and promoting sales culture in-store to meet or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control. Builds a loyal customer base through engagement and collection of customers' phone numbers and emails; participates in recruitment, training, development, and succession of Team Members; ensures product knowledge is communicated across the team; oversees payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability; analyzes customer profiles and buying trends to drive business; manages loss prevention and inventory/shrink goals; handles merchandise transfers and visual directives to maintain Psycho Bunny standards; ensures OSHA safety compliance and collaborates with the store team to achieve goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year minimum retail management experience
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills and customer-focused selling culture
- experience with payroll control and service-driven scheduling
- experience with inventory control, shrink goals, and loss prevention
- merchandise processing and visual directives execution
- OSHA compliance knowledge or focus on safety in store environment
