Job Summary
Key Holder for The Estée Lauder Companies cosmetics retail store in Simpsonville, KY. Supports Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations, leads by example with coaching and mentoring to deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service, and achieves sales targets. Responsible for cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store on a rota basis; requires ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events. Prior retail experience in cosmetics and supervisory experience preferred; experience with POS software and a track record of leadership in a fast-paced retail environment. 40-hour-week framework with salary range $17.25–$28.75/hour, plus benefits and potential commission/bonus plans. - Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics

- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
