Job Summary
Greet store guests, offer assistance, and practice suggestively selling to increase sales through open-ended conversations. Process all transactions accurately in the cash register system, including cash, credit cards, and guest room charges. Restock merchandise, maintain presentation standards, and complete paperwork such as cycle counts and opening/closing procedures. Recognize security risks, protect assets, and follow all state, federal, and company policies for operations and loss prevention. Work alongside the management team to achieve store goals while meeting flexible shift requirements including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a keyholder or supervisor in a retail environment
- Merchandising experience organizing and presenting products that are visually appealing
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a service mindset
- Must be 21 for Liquor sales
- Position requires flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts
- Must be able to stand up to 8 hours
- Must be able to walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb or balance
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Must have the ability to read, count and write accurately
