Job Summary
Manage daily store operations by ensuring the management team's direction is executed and monitoring sales associates for attendance, productivity, and morale. Provide support and direction to the team on assigned duties while maintaining a friendly, helpful customer attitude. Drive sales by introducing new products and achieving sales budgets, with availability for both weekdays and weekends, including overnight shifts. This role is part of Typo's brand refresh to widen global reach, reporting directly to the Store Manager within the Cotton On Group's eight-brand portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Part-Time Key Holder for 8 hours per week contract
- Fixed term contract
- Availability to work on both weekdays and weekends
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts when required
- Retail Sales experience
- Confidence in introducing new and exciting products to customers
- Drive to achieve sales budgets
- Retail leadership experience
