Job Summary
Key Holder for a Part-Time Fixed Term Contract (16 hours/week) at Typo, based in Leicester's Highcross Centre. You will support store leadership by guiding Sales Associates, ensuring attendance, productivity, and morale, and helping to deliver outstanding customer service. Reports to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager and helps ensure the execution of the leadership team's direction while motivating the team, maintaining a friendly customer-facing environment, and contributing to achieving sales budgets. This role emphasizes hands-on supervision, team development, and a commitment to brand standards, with duties that do not establish store policies or conduct formal performance evaluations.
