Job Summary
Key Holder for 16 hours per week on a fixed-term contract in Bristol, responsible for ensuring smooth daily store operations, executing the store leadership team's directions, monitoring Sales Associates’ attendance, productivity and morale, and delivering high standards of customer service. The role supports, directs, and assists the team in all assigned duties, motivates staff to work efficiently, and ensures a friendly and helpful customer experience. Prior retail sales and leadership experience, ability to drive sales and manage a team, and a proactive, urgent-task mindset are required.
