Job Summary
Key Holder responsible for assisting customers with purchases and delivering high-quality customer service while consistently exceeding sales and operational goals. Manages store appearance and supports opening/closing tasks, participates in marketing events, protects company assets, and assists with merchandising, inventory maintenance, and various operational projects. Requires ability to meet or exceed performance standards, handle cash, operate PCs and office equipment, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High School degree or equivalent and prior retail experience preferred but not required. The role emphasizes achieving weekly sales quotas, maintaining security, and ensuring accurate store procedures and checklists.
