Job Summary
Retail Key Holder responsible for helping customers purchase products and services while delivering high-quality customer service and consistently exceeding sales and operations goals. Maintains store appearance, assists with merchandising and inventory, supports management with store opening/closing tasks, and participates in events within the district. Requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; must operate a computer, copier and fax. Previous retail sales experience and cash handling are preferred but not required.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include achieving weekly sales quotas, ensuring accuracy of sales paperwork, preventing fraud, completing training on schedule, and maintaining security and brand standards.
