Job Summary
Retail Key Holder to assist customers, drive sales, and manage store operations including opening/closing tasks. Responsibilities include achieving weekly sales quotas, delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining store appearance, training adherence, inventory checks, merchandising and display, security and loss prevention, and supporting marketing events. Must handle cash, operate basic PC equipment, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required; high school degree or equivalent required.
