Key Holder

Co-facilitate bakery opening and closing procedures, including cash-drawer balancing and bank deposits. Assist guests with orders in person and by phone, while operating the POS with accuracy and suggesting creative add-ons to enhance the guest experience. Coordinate order timing between departments, manage special-order fulfillment via web and email, and contribute to local marketing events. Maintain a clean and sanitized crafting area, organize retail merchandise, and monitor customer inquiries and GEM cases. Manage house accounts, handle delivery logistics, and ensure food safety standards are upheld. Requires flexibility for various shifts including weekends and holidays.
